This isn't pre recorded tutorials but this kind of thing:
Someone asks you for support on a GUI program
you instantly go through the actions on your own PC, (automatically) 
record and send the small video to a server  then send them the link via 
mail IM etc.
The videos are about 5 mins max
Imagine this used on the forums.
