Nope, easier than that ;)

Go here:
https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-uk

Scroll to the bottom of the page, enter your email address into the box to the left of the button that says "Unsubscribe or edit options"

Click the button

Enter the password that you set when you signed up to the list (you can use a reminder if you want)

You can now change your address in the top-left two fields, just enter the new email address, and click "Change address and name".
