You don't. If you figure out how to, you'll make a lot of people happy.

Your best bet is SyncML over Bluetooth. This should give you some
pointers:

Different phone, same solution.

However I could never get this to work reliably. I used to sync via
ScheduleWorld, but since I switch to Google Calendar I now use GooSync
and don't bother syncing with the desktop at all.
