[ubuntu-uk] Ownership of #ubuntu-uk

I'm delivering this message on behalf of the Ubuntu IRC Council (1)

Gary has requested ownership of #ubuntu-uk be transferred to him from
the now idle LoudMouthMan so that the it can be more effectively
managed.

He is an operator in some of the main Ubuntu channels, freenode staff,
known, respected and trusted by the Council so we are granting the
request.

We have had some confusion about the point of contact/leader/who is in
charge and so please don't hesitate to email
irc-council at lists.ubuntu.com or join #ubuntu-irc if you would like to
discuss the above.
