Run Windows in a virtual machine such as QEMU or VirtualBox. Install the 
bare minimum and then install iPlayer on that. When using the iplayer 
website you'll get a link at the bottom to download programmes.

_Apparently_ you can strip the DRM off the files and then send them over the 
network to your Linux boxes and watch the content there.
