I'm not sure exactly what it's *real* status is, and how _free_ it is, 
is certainly questionable (see gobuntu-devel mailing list if you are 
interested).

If you google gobuntu hardy, should find a place to download some isos - 
I upgraded in February or something using a a nightly build CD and it 
has worked flawlessly since.
