Just a note that I'm not sure kwwii can really be described as being in 'the 
commercial sector'. He's done countless of work for OSS projects, including 
SUSE, KDE, etc. This is a case of someone getting sponsored for doing their 
work; there's absolutely nothing wrong with that.
