A black-and-white photo-copiable design, with the option to add three quick
dashes of yellow, orange and red to the logo using felt-tip/crayon would
likely work quite well.

Gives it a "I did this" feel, takes 5-10 seconds per sheet (far less than
the folding) and is a good low-cost denominator.  In one corner you have
i386, ppc and amd64 and can circle the appropriate one with the option of
printing on separate (commonly available) colours of A4 paper if people have
those available.
