If it wasn't the UK Government (think NHS and Air Traffic Control 
Systems) I would be pleased...

It's probably the last 'organisation' in the world that the OSS 
community needs on board.

They could turn free software into a billion dollar loss :(

Would love to see them introduce it in to all places of education 
though. (At least the kids would know how to use/manage it)
