You might find that there can be differences. It depends to what level 
the leaflets are aimed. For Ubuntu branding yes definitely global. For 
matching in with a local small shop or small club, other styles can be 
useful. If a leaflet is too well produced and glossy it can give an 
impression that may not be intended. The impression will be in context 
- how when and where.
