I'm currently running Ubuntu Edgy and Fiesty and unless I'm missing the
point too, there's still no reverse listen on the native linux TightVNC
viewer.
This page http://www.tightvnc.com/whatsnew.html
http://www.tightvnc.com/whatsnew.html seems to confirm it.
However I've found that the Win32 TightVNC runs fine on Ubuntu using WINE,
and I recommend that approach when running TightVNC. You can either create a
launcher, or just run it and select the 8bit mode and then Listen from the
TightVNC viewer GUI.
