It's kept a bit quiet to be honest. If everyone used the theme it would 
somewhat dilute the "brand" of ubuntu.com. As happens with every other 
drupal theme.

Moinmoin is great for wikis, drupal is great for more structured sites. I 
believe the old site used to use drupal too. Well, I am sure it did because 
I use the theme on the screencasts site (which also uses drupal).
