I agree with this. I recently tried to order a service for my mothers
phone line. There was a problme with my WEB based order and I had to
phone them. It took me two days to get through! Replying to their e-mail
got an automated response saying they are takin 5 to 7 days to repond to
queries!
Up until now, I've not had to call the customer services, so I guess
I've been lucky.
