This list is for Kubuntu users as much as for Ubuntu users.

The address you give is indeed where to find Kubuntu resources on the
wiki. Since the two are part of the same larger Ubuntu family, most
of the advice for one is valid for the other too and it makes no sense
to have different wikis.
