Jeff Waugh @ GLLUG -- October 14th Announcement

I'm pleased to announce that Jeff Waugh, Ubuntu expert and Gnome hacker,
will be coming to see GLLUG on Friday evening, October 14th, as part of
his BadgerBadgerBadger tour.

This GLLUG meeting is going to be slightly different to previous ones
due to its evening nature. Jeff's going to talk about Ubuntu and
GNOME and then take questions and discuss either of those projects
with the group. As he's speaking a day after the planned release date
of Breezy Badger we'll be one of the first to be told about the new
features. After this we'll be heading to the local Greenman pub for
food and drink.

This GLLUG meeting will be held on October 14th
between 19:00 and 20:30 at New Cavendish Street campus of
Westminster University. This is located in the shadow of the BT Tower.

The nearest tube stations are Great Portland Street, Warren Street and
Goodge Street. Tottenham Court Road and Oxford Circus are also within
easy walking distance.

This event is FREE to members and non-members. As we're only having a
single talk before going out to socialise this is also a perfect time to
come along for your first GLLUG.

The details for this meeting can be found here:

Apologies for the lack of notice for this meeting. The next Saturday
GLLUG will return to a longer notification period.
