Doubt with "cannot + adjective"

Hola a todos:

I've found the following expression

"a connection using '|%s|' authentication _cannot specific_ a WPA password"
(see item 1361 for network-manager package translation)

I don't understand well the meaning of the structure cannot + specific. 
Isn't it expected an infinitive?
In fact it is for me difficult to understand the idea behind the sentence.
