Call for Telegram translations

Hi Translators,

Phones shipped with Ubuntu include Telegram as the default messaging app.
As you know Telegram is more secure than alternatives and open source, and
it's translatable in any almost language too.

For anyone interested in bringing the Ubuntu Telegram app into their
language, you can do it here:

I'm CC'ing Michal and Roberto, who are the developers of the Telegram
library, its QML app frontend and its scope, in case you've got any
questions or feedback.

I'll also add it to the phone translations stats page once I've figured out
how to show multiple templates for a given app (you'll see that there is a
template for the app and one for the scope)
