Well, not "to almost every Android device in these days". The list of
fully supported devices is very small, and the support for the rest
varies wildly.
I would only recommend getting one of the fully supported devices if
you are only interested in working on translations, and only getting
one of the others if you are interested in low-level development and
testing.
