Marking a bug as affecting more version of Ubuntu

Hi guys!
I have this nice bug right here:
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/unity/+bug/871764

And it's actually affecting more versions of Ubuntu besides Precise
Pangolin.

So I was trying to add the other version but I failed.
Can someone please explain how can I do it? (I'm not sure I have the proper
permissions for that)
