Translating Ubuntu on phones for RTM

Hi Sokhem,

Before answering your question, you make a very good point about the
emulator. While I've mentioned it in previous e-mails, I forgot to add the
link on the e-mail from yesterday.

In a nutshell, the easiest way to test translations is using the phone
emulator (remember to create an i386 emulator that will run at native
desktop speeds). You'll find the instructions here:

You can even open a terminal and use adb shell and adb push commands to put
.mo files in the emulator and test new translations live before they are
released.

As per the Khmer fonts, do you have a list of font packages that could be
added to the phone builds? Khmer won't be the only language needing new
fonts, and having an exact list of packages would help assessing them for
inclusion.
