String question - "%s Features"

The string "%s Features" in the Unity Media Scanner Scope is highly
ambiguous, so I have opened a bug:

While I'm waiting for the bug to be resolved, does anybody know what it
means?

It's not clear what's in the placeholder or if "Features" is 3rd person
present tense of a verb, or a noun.

Also, is this "features" in the sense of software features, or in the
sense of featuring something in a promotional context?
