Call for phone translations

Hey Sebastian!
I've noticed the following string:
https://translations.launchpad.net/ubuntu-system-settings/trunk/+pots/ubuntu-system-settings/he/156/+translate
It's not i18n because in Hebrew existing could have either a feminine or a
masculine form, I need a complete word or at least a hint on what this
message is for.
