Ubuntu Doc ready for translation

Doug' s link is practically the same as the one I mentioned in my email
(see below), so going to

or
https://translations.launchpad.net/ubuntu-docs/saucy/+translations
gives  the Ubuntu Documentation Translation status overview for all
languages, in this case for Saucy.
Apart from the fact that there are two slightly different pages leading
to the same translatable messages for each language, I am sure this is
the right page. The Dutch translation is at 85%, as I mentioned below.
