You will in most cases end up with:
Roghainnean an
t-siostaim

But as I mentioned it depends on the users font settings and they could 
end up with:
Roghainnean
an t-siostaim

or even:
Roghainnean an t-siostaim

But by using the non breakable hyphon (unicode 2011) you make sure that 
no one gets:
Roghainnean an t-
siostaim
