Pierre, for future reference, anyone on this team can set the priorities:
You can either reach us via the mailing list, as you've done, or pinging
one of us if you see us on IRC.
Regarding the Kubuntu packages priorities, they should already be set
according to https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Translations/TemplatesPriority
If you see a particular template or set of templates that might need
priority tweaking, let us know which ones they are.

As Milo is saying, we don't have such a list. You'd have to compile
several different lists for every upstream, but for the major ones (e.g.
GNOME), I don't think we've got any language that's not already in
upstream anyway, and we're making sure new teams are aware of upstreams
and how to get in touch with them .
