Which translation packages have upstream sources?

Hi Yaron,

I was just pointing out to the templates priority list, which should be
up to date.

You probably were thinking of the list of packages below. Indeed, that
one is not up to date, and in light of the effort required to keep it up
to date, I think that unless someone steps up for maintaining it, we
should probably delete it from the page.
