Please grant my launchpad team a translation rights

Hello

I have created a launchpad team. Our team wonts to translate ubuntu to
Meadow Mari language (code: mhr).

Meadow Mari language already has glibc locale with name mhr_RU

I have asked a question to ubuntu-translations launchpad team here:

But nobody has answered yet. Please, grant translation rights to our team.
