UIFe: Change in the layout to the expo plugin for Oneiric

Hi,

I'd like to propose a UIFe for the change in layout to the expo plugin
for oneiric. This adds some visual polish closer to what the design team
originally intended the layout to be, and makes the layout look far more
consistent with the rest of the desktop.
