They are left out -- for now -- because it would require more changes.
We are way after UI freeze and even passed Beta-2 freeze. LibreOffice
is a huge package. It is not so much the work that is the problem, but
that any additional change includes additional risk of postponing the
update and making it miss the release. And that would not only prevent
the translations to end up in the release, but also other critical
bugfixes. Please note that the translations are not lost and will get
included with later updates. Also note, there are still some
translations missing, so there will be updates for translations anyway.
