Translation Update for Ubuntu 10.04 lucid (Bengali-bn)

Hello,

I have updated some files through https://launchpad.net/ and also upload
them their. Will you please tell me that, is Ubuntu 10.04 automatically
update the User Interface? Can i get the updated localization by using
update manager. Please let me khow.
