Hi,

I'd like to report an issue for 2 locales:
1. Crimean Tatar (Crimean Turkish) and Turkish pages aren't shown 
automagically based on client's preferred language(s).
1.a. http://start.ubuntu.com/10.04/Google/index.html.crh is found.
1.b. http://start.ubuntu.com/10.04/Google/index.html.tr is 404.

Should i log any of this as a bug at the above URL?
