Small slideshow changes

Hello, I just wanted to give you a heads up on bug 551503:

I've had to make the following changes to the slideshow:
 - Added LTS to the version for Kubuntu and Ubuntu.  Ubuntu 10.04 LTS
is the official version string, and prior to this change we were just
displaying "Ubuntu 10.04".
 - I made the the slideshow 49px shorter, to better fit the install
window on a netbook screen (1024x600). It doesn't fit perfectly yet,
but the only obscured part is window padding.
 - Added a new Ubuntu One icon from the Ubuntu One team.

I've also made the following changes to ubiquity (which contain no
string changes):
 - Give the installer window a slightly larger bottom edge to make the
grey border look less ugly.
 - Slightly tweak the layout so the progress widgets are more centered
in their frame.
