aptdaemon string addition

Hello,

sorry for this, I uploaded a new aptdaemon that contians a string
addition for a previously not handled error condition. The error shown
when dpkg got interrupted and is in a unclean state. The alternative
to this string freeze break was to not handle the error. It should
show up in launchpad translations pretty soon and its a rare error
condition (that still needs to be handled).
