Location of the offline home page in Firefox

A default installation of Ubuntu will show a welcome page that explains a
bit about Ubuntu as the default homepage in Firefox. Although the url
suggests that it can be found in ubuntu-artwork, this is not the case.
Someone suggested to look into ubuntu-docs, but also there it's absent. My
question is where I should look for translations for this welcome page,
since the Dutch translation contains spelling mistakes.
