Hey Ask,
That's a good point you are raising, and I should perhaps mention it on
the next call for testing: if you are using the language packs PPA you
don't need to install the package in -proposed.
As the packages from the -proposed repository are a copy of the ones
from the PPA, with the same version, you won't be able to just install
them.
We also make sure that during the testing period there are no newer PPA
packages created, so that everyone is testing the right package, so
you'll notice that this week there will not be a fresh Maverick language
pack there.

Yes, if you are using the package from the Maverick PPA, you are testing
the correct one.
