Feature/UI Freeze exception request for kipi-plugins 1.2.0

In addition to my last post to these lists:
https://bugs.edge.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/kipi-plugins/+bug/562561

kipi-plugins should be updated alongside digikam. So another ui freeze 
exception is needed.
