IRC Meeting for defining UDS-L agenda for translations

Based on the doodle results[1], the meeting will be set for 21 Oct 2009
18.00 UTC on the #ubuntu-meeting channel from FreeNode.

It will be a brainstorming session about what we should schedule for
this UDS.
