Getting some languages over the 80% complete level

Some time ago I was investigating how we could improve the OO.o
translations situation. From back then, I've cleaned up and updated a
document I was working on and I've put it at
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Translations/KnowledgeBase/OpenOffice.org. I
hope documenting how the process works and the challenges involved helps
at least with some of your questions. As you can see, it is a complex
process, and for anything not addressed there, feel free to ask here as
usual.

These are no private data. The only reason why they are internal is a
practical one: the files must be generated there and it is not trivial
to sync them to another location. I have already spoken to Danilo about
putting them in a more accessible place, and we'll see if it can be done
(for me it would also be easier, since in this way I could generate the
statistics completely automatically).

I've manually copied the current statistics to
http://people.canonical.com/~dpm/stats/, so you can consult them as
well, but as I say, these will not be automatically updated.

I'm glad you appreciate them despite the limitations. As I say, I'm open
to any suggestions for improvement.
