Firefox translations not updated in language packs

Adi, thanks for the heads up. You are correct and we are currently
discussing the best solution for this.

Just a quick note so that other translator teams do not have to spend
time time checking on this:

* At the moment, we are using only upstream translations (and not those
from Launchpad) for all languages.
* The only exception are those language teams who approached us and
explicitly asked to do their translation and testing through Launchpad,
and who they run the upstream team as well.

(@Alexander: please correct me if I'm missing any details)
