Reorganizing u/k/x/buntu docs translations

Yes.
We will have all ubuntu-docs templates, followed by all kubuntu-docs...
etc.

Right now we have one ubuntu-doc template, followed by one
kubuntu-docs... then followed by another ubuntu-doc

We can chose "ubuntu-add-applications" ... is not very long, and it
should help translators chose between ubuntu-docs and kubuntu-docs

I am aware of that page... but it will send you to a page listing all languages
Also I don't know how many translators are using or know about that
page?
