How to track bad translations.

Hi Bernard,

I can only think of filing bugs against the particular language's
language pack, so that each particular language team can take care of
them.

We are also discussing and already using the Ubuntu Translations project
[1] to track translation bugs on a general basis, but within that
project bugs can also be assigned to the corresponding language pack if
it applies.
