You can check the status of all templates in Ubuntu by using this tables
and look after "Need review" column:

https://translations.launchpad.net/ubuntu/jaunty/+lang/ro

Soon we should see global sorting feature in Launchpad tables, but
meanwhile you can use the tables from here:
http://l10n.ubuntu.tla.ro/jaunty-l10n-status/
