jaunty translation import cut-off

I would appreciate if somebody could enlighten me on when is the (+-5
hours) cut-off for jaunty translation imports on launchpad? The
release schedule effectively says that the cut off is "roughly a week"
before 04/16. I'd appreciate if somebody could provide slightly more
specific info on this, like Friday midnight UTC, Saturday noon UTC, etc.
