Are the templates for synaptic, update-manager and update-notifier up to date?

As Milo mentioned a few days ago, translations of manuals or
documentation are not used by Ubuntu maintainers except in the case of
{k,ed,x}ubuntu-docs or gnome-user-docs. Upstream translations are
taken for that. So I think not importing it is the right decision,
otherwise it will result in wasted effort by translators.
