App-install-data-ubuntu now available for translation

Please keep in mind that the translation only affects the names and
descriptions shown in gnome-app-install and not the actual menu entries
of the installed packages.

AFAIK there is currently no infrastructure to include the translations
in the corresponding packages or send them upstream.
