Yeah... better... but for what I remember, Launchpad has never handled
docs translation in "that way"...

Yes, it was a policy, we're now scaring people to not touch them! :)
Aside from kidding, we (Italian team) can handle some modifications in
usptream modules, but just a couple of us (and we really are in two) do
that because we're "working" with upstream too and we usually "sync by
hand"...

Yeah, there's the a11y guide too, but if I'm not wrong these two where
handled as ubuntu-docs is, as there were (are?) some customisation (at
least in the g-u-g, not sure for a11y).
