Call for testing the language pack updates

Hello all,

dapper/edgy/feisty/gutsy-proposed have new language pack updates.
gutsy-proposed got a full refreshment of -base packages, and empty
-update packages, because the update relative to gutsy final got too
big.

Now they need to be tested by some people (the more languages, the
better). Can you please send me feedback about them, both positive and
regression reports?

If all goes well, these packages can move to -updates next Monday.
