Hello,

Hiding translations for projects that don't use Launchpad Translations

At present, it is possible to make translations for any project that
is registered in Launchpad. However, not all projects use Launchpad
Translations.

With the release of Launchpad 1.1.10, translations will be hidden for
projects who don't use Launchpad Translations. This will prevent
people from making translations that won't be used.

If you are a project owner and would like to activate Launchpad
Translations for your project, select the "Translations for this
project are done in Launchpad" check-box on the "Change project
details" page.
