Translations in zope3

I'm a bit confused here.

The source code for Zope 3.3.1 contains a lot of Swedish translations
but none in Rosetta.

Where can I find the strings listed in Rosetta in the source code?
Do they actually get imported?

(the source code archive is .. like spaghetti
