is .po import working?

oh

I had to sleep, and I didn't know how to say this in english:

maybe, a search would create a big
load to the servers. But instead of it, for registered users' uploads, it
could appear somewhere (I don't know where).

or, less process heavier and easier to code: there could appear somewhere
in the 'download package .po/.mo' page. A list of sentences like
"*user*uploaded a
*.po-file* for importing. Status: *status"* could be enough.

regards
